About the Role and School
We are seeking a dedicated Food Technology Teacher to join a supportive and dynamic department in a thriving secondary school located in the heart of Newham. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across KS3 and KS4, delivering a well-rounded and engaging curriculum that inspires students and supports their academic and personal growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (Will consider unqualified teachers with experience)
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for Food Technology, with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring and engaging lessons
- Have a commitment to supporting students at all levels, encouraging their creativity and practical skills
- Be a collaborative team player, ready to contribute to the success of a supportive teaching community
- Have the enthusiasm to engage and motivate students, fostering a lifelong interest in food, cooking, and nutrition
