We are delighted to partner with a wonderful school in the Wembley area, London, looking for an enthusiastic Unqualified Science Teacher to join their team immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about science and education and wants to gain experience in a teaching role.

Unqualified Science Teacher – Candidate Requirements:

  • A 2:1 or higher in Science subjects, (Physics, Chemistry, Biology etc…) (Required)
  • A strong passion for science and a desire to teach students about various scientific disciplines
  • No formal teaching qualification required, but any experience or background in science-related subjects is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Confidence in delivering lessons and engaging students with diverse abilities
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning
  • Ability to manage a classroom and work effectively as part of a team
  • A commitment to inspiring curiosity and helping students develop their scientific knowledge

Unqualified Science Teacher – Role Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging science lessons to students of various age groups
  • Teach students across different scientific disciplines, including biology, chemistry, and physics
  • Encourage students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills through hands-on experiments and activities
  • Manage the classroom to create a positive and safe learning environment
  • Provide feedback and support to students to help them improve their scientific understanding
  • Assist in preparing materials and resources for lessons and practical experiments
  • Full-time, long-term role offering a salary of up to £645 per week
  • Working hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
