Early Years Practitioner

We are seeking an Early Years Practitioner with either BTEC/ CACHE/NVQ Diploma Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare and early years education or a BA in early years education from Uk or overseas university.

Alternatively Qualified Teaching Status, Montessori Teaching Qualification or Ba in Education, Forest School Teacher Qualification, is passionate about working with children.

Starting salary: 24,000pa- 28,000pa + paid holidays and excellent further training and career progression opportunities.

Duties and responsibilities include:
- Planning and implementing creative and learning activities for children in line with early years foundation stages and different areas of learning
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning
- Observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas for improvement or additional support
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's learning journey
- Maintain accurate records of each child's development and milestones
- Playing games with children and supervising play
