The Role:- Position: Early Years Teaching Assistant.
- Salary: £80-£100 per day, dependent on experience and qualifications.

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key role in nurturing and inspiring young children, helping them develop the skills they need to thrive both socially and academically.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the class teacher in delivering a rich and engaging Early Years curriculum.
- Work 1:1 or with small groups to promote confidence, independence, and early learning skills.
- Assist in creating a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and record children's progress, providing feedback to the teacher.
- Build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents, fostering a supportive learning environment.
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification is essential.
- Experience working with children in an Early Years setting.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
