An Outstanding Ofsted-rated primary school in Hackney is seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join their dedicated team. This role offers an excellent chance to develop valuable classroom experience, working closely with teachers to support and inspire children across Key Stages 1 & 2.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting teachers with delivering engaging and high-quality lessons across various subjects.
  • Providing one-to-one and small-group support to help students reach their full potential.
  • Encouraging children's learning through interactive and creative activities.
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Supporting with classroom organisation, lesson preparation, and resource management.
  • Assisting with pastoral care and ensuring the well-being of all students.

What We're Looking For:

  • A recent university graduate (2025) with a strong interest in education.
  • A keen passion for working with children and supporting their learning journey.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience in tutoring, mentoring, or working with children (desirable but not essential).
  • A proactive, positive, and adaptable attitude with a commitment to student well-being.
  • Local to Hackney and available full time
