Higher level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Newham
Remedy Education are currently looking for a Higher level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a school in Barking, East London.
The role would be working at a senior level providing academic support to mainstream and SEN students whilst ensuring inclusion of all students. This Higher level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) role would also be leading interventions for high-achieving and low-achieving students and supporting all year groups with PPA Cover.
Higher level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
You will be supporting the school with PPA cover, you must ensure students are progressing at the rate that they should be and would be assisting in the planning, leading and co-ordinating of lessons/activities.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in the same role, have PPA experience and be degree-educated, though candidates from different backgrounds would be considered.
Higher level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
You will need an enhanced DBS to be considered for this role and available to start immediately.
