Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a positive impact in their educational journey? We are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team, working with students in Year 1 to Year 6.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
- Assist with planning and preparing educational materials tailored to student needs.
- Work with small groups and individual students to enhance their learning experience.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
- A relevant qualification (e.g., HLTA status, Level 4 - 5 Teaching Assistant qualification).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A passion for education and supporting student development.
