Tradewind are currently seeking a dedicated HLTA or TA with HLTA experience to take on a role supporting EYFS and KS1 pupils including in a Provision. This role will ideally run from early December 2024, as early as this Monday! It will be until the end of the academic year.

The role involves working with small groups of Early Years and KS1 students, including in a provision.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Bring experience working with KS1 and EYFS including SEN children??????.
  • Adapt to working with fluid groups and quickly establish positive relationships with pupils.
  • Be flexible in their approach to the teaching day, which may vary to include some additional cover responsibilities.
  • Uphold high aspirations for all pupils, ensuring a positive and ambitious learning environment.

Flexibility for the Right Candidate:

We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements to suit the ideal candidate, whether this involves shorter working days or a part-time schedule. Additionally, we welcome applications from HLTAs interested in supporting the school in other areas when needed.

This role is based in a lovely small supportive school in North Westminster.
