A well-established primary school in Greenwich is looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their Reception team. This role is perfect for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant with EYFS experience who can confidently lead a class during PPA cover and support small groups. The school is easily accessible, just a short walk from the station and local bus routes.

• Lead the Reception class when the teacher is on PPA cover.

• Provide small group support in phonics, literacy, and early numeracy.

• Create a fun and engaging learning environment.

• Work closely with teachers to enhance pupil progress.

• Encourage early years learners to develop social and academic skills.

• Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or substantial experience in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of EYFS curriculum and phonics.

• Confidence in delivering lessons independently.

• Excellent classroom management and adaptability.

• A proactive, enthusiastic, and reliable approach.
