A 'Good' graded primary school in Stratford is seeking a dedicated and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their vibrant and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for education and experience in supporting pupils to make a real difference to the learning and development of children at the school.

You will be working within this Stratford based school's SEN resource base supporting students with SEN. You will work closely with class teachers and support staff to ensure student needs are met and goals are achieved.Key Responsibilities as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant:- Planning, delivering and leading interventions for students with SEN- Providing individual and group support to help children achieve their learning goals. - Managing behaviour effectively and maintaining a positive learning environment. - Supporting the school's ethos, ensuring that all pupils receive a high-quality learning experience. - Collaborating with teachers and other staff to ensure consistent support for pupils.
