About the Role:
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in South East London, you will:
- Support classroom teachers by leading lessons and covering classes across a variety of subjects.
- Work with small groups or individual students, providing targeted interventions to support their learning.
- Assist in planning and delivering differentiated lessons tailored to meet the needs of all learners, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
