• �? HLTA qualification or equivalent experience working in a support role within an educational setting.
• �? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and positive approach.
• ?? Ability to adapt to varying student needs and manage behaviour constructively.
• ?? Collaborative team player, eager to support teachers and engage with students.
• �? Experience working in a primary or secondary school environment is preferred.
