About Us:Remedy Education are currently working with an amazing Secondary SEN school who are looking for a HLTA for a busy class.

Role Overview: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Greenwich We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team. The successful candidate will be looking after a group of Children of between 8 - 15 Children with SEN needs.

Key Responsibilities: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Greenwich

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons, providing support to teachers and students.
  • Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning and help with specific educational needs.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Promote positive behavior and a safe, engaging learning environment.
  • Support the inclusion of students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement personalised learning plans.
  • Ability to commute to Greenwich

Qualifications and Skills: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Greenwich

  • Must have the HLTA qualification
  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum and educational frameworks.
  • Experience working with children in a school setting, preferably in a mainstream environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
