Higher Level Teaching Assistant (Science) - Secondary School, Tower Hamlets

We are looking for a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Science to join our welcoming and ambitious secondary school in Tower Hamlets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and is committed to helping them succeed in Science.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the teaching of Science across KS3 and KS4, working with students in small groups and one-to-one settings.
  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging practical and theoretical Science lessons.
  • Provide targeted intervention to students who need additional support.
  • Supervise and lead science-based activities and experiments.
  • Cover lessons when required and contribute to the wider school community.
