Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Key Responsibilities:As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you'll be central to the smooth running of our teaching assistant team. Your key duties will include:

- Timetable Management: Creating and overseeing daily schedules to ensure teaching assistants are efficiently deployed where needed.
- Student Support: Working alongside teachers to help students with a range of learning needs, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Progress Monitoring: Assessing student progress, identifying areas of improvement, and helping implement strategies to boost student achievement.
