The Role:We are looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant (CACHE Level 3) to support our early years students. You will work alongside experienced teachers, providing support to children with varying mild needs to ensure they have a positive and inclusive learning experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with mild needs
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
- Create a safe and engaging learning environment for young children
- Foster children's social, emotional, and academic development
Requirements:
- CACHE Level 3 qualification as a Teaching Assistant
- Experience working with young children, particularly in early years
- A passion for supporting children's learning and development
