Are you an experienced, passionate Level 3 teaching assistant looking for a new role? If so, we want to hear from you.

Teach Plus are currently working with a 'Good' Primary School in Kilburn, they are going through a restructuring period and are looking for a very experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant.

The school feels a personal connection with every child, allowing them to feel safe and secure at school to bring out their best.

The Level 3 Teaching Assistant role is across different years and supporting children as they grow and assist them in becoming the best version of themselves.

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant you will be required to:

  • Follow the class teacher and SENCO's direction in supporting the child both inside and outside the classroom
  • Follow plans for activities and intervention sessions provided by the class teacher
  • Support with learning
  • Ensure the child feels supported and safe by having a warm and nurturing approach

The ideal candidate for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant will have:

  • Have a level 3 Teaching assistant qualification
  • Have experience working with children with SEND
  • Ideally you would have experience working with children with Autism and children who are non-verbal
  • The ability to build rapport with the child and be able to respond to the child's individual needs
  • Follow direction from the class teacher, SENCO, external agencies such as Speech and Language Therapist
