About Us:
We are working with a well-established primary school in Newham who are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team. The school is committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for the new cohort of children, and I'm looking for an individual who is passionate about EYFS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the classroom teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum.
- Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Provide one-on-one support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) when required.
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: CACHE 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience working within the EYFS framework.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and its implementation.
- Desirable: Experience working with children with SEN within an EYFS setting.
