Earn up to £550 per week in this Learning Support Assistant job to start in January.The nature of this Learning Support Assistant position will require you to work with pupils that have SEN, both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. You will need to help manage behaviour and use your initiative to support students' wherever necessary! This role in Greenwich, South East London, starts in January and runs through the whole academic year.What the school are looking for in their Learning Support Assistants:

• Experience supporting children of a secondary-age
• Competent in both GCSE Maths & English
• Resilience and an ability to quickly create a rapport with pupils
• Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs is very desirable
• Confident working 1:1 and within small groups of children
• Be able to assist the class teacher with classroom preparation
