Are you a passionate and adaptable teacher with experience in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are seeking dedicated Supply SEND Teachers to work with a variety of schools across East London.

The Role:
As a Supply SEND Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly across multiple settings, supporting children and young people with diverse needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, adapting to the unique requirements of each school, and creating an inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored lessons to meet the needs of SEND students across primary and secondary levels.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere.
  • Manage behaviour effectively in line with each school's policies.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants and school staff to support student development.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience working with students with SEND in mainstream or specialist settings.
  • A flexible and proactive approach, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A valid child and adult DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
