Fixed Term Contract up to 12 month
Working hours: 9:30 am to 5:30 pm
Japanese Speaking Secretary - Maternity Cover- What You'll be Doing:
- Support business divisions with tasks like settling expenses, arranging meetings, and event logistics
- Coordinate with travel agents, hotels, restaurants, and vendors; negotiate corporate rates
- Administer company Golf Club membership and activities
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management
- Cover responsibilities of the colleagues during absences or peak times
- Assist with organizing events or supporting other department-specific tasks
Japanese Speaking Secretary- Maternity Cover - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Business level of Japanese and English
- Experience in administrative support and diary management
- Strong communication skills in English and Japanese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure
- Effective relationship-building with internal teams and stakeholders
- High attention to detail and accuracy
