We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Senior Secretary to support the Chief Executive of a prestigious investment group located in North West London. The successful candidate will help manage a workload across professional, personal and charitable commitments.This role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to communicate with high-level clientele and internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities;-Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive across all professional, charitable, and personal matters-Assist in managing a large volume of correspondence, including drafting and typing emails, letters, and documents (from dictation or independently)-Act as a key liaison with clients, professional contacts, internal teams and external stakeholders-Maintain control and organisation of the Chief Executive's inbox and schedule-Coordinate with the existing long-standing secretary to ensure seamless support-Handle general office duties and assist in the smooth running of the day-to-day operationsKey Requirements-Proven experience in a senior secretarial or personal assistant role-Excellent written and verbal communication skills-High level of discretion, integrity and professionalism-Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities-Confident in managing relationships with senior stakeholders and clients-Strong IT and fast typing speeds (dictation and independent composition)Fame Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer.
