- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
- Managing office supplies, inventory, and coordinating courier deliveries
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and team events (including across time zones)
- Greeting visitors and creating a warm, welcoming office atmosphere
- Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements
- Organising Summer and Christmas parties, as well as global team offsites
- Assisting with HR admin, including onboarding new joiners
- Supporting senior management with ad hoc tasks and projects
- Previous experience in an office or admin support role
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow
