About the Role:
We are looking for a Fire Alarm ExperiencedElectrical Improvers and Fire Alarm Engineersto join a project in Holborn, London. The role involves assisting with the installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems on-site. This is a hands-on position, requiring technical skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cable Installation:Pulling and running cables for fire alarm systems throughout the site.
- System Setup:Assisting in the mounting and installation of fire alarm devices, panels, and associated equipment.
- Routing and Fixings:Securing cables, conduits, and other system components in line with project specifications.
- Troubleshooting:Assisting with identifying and resolving basic issues during installation.
Requirements:
- Electrical Knowledge:Understanding of basic electrical principles, such as circuits, voltage, and wiring, is essential for installing and maintaining fire alarm systems.
- Technical Skills:Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals related to fire alarm systems.
- Manual Dexterity:Comfort with physically demanding tasks, such as pulling cables, drilling, and mounting equipment.
