A ccess Control Engineer - CCTV, Access Control, Secure Area Entry | £250/day | UK Airports (South UK) - Outside IR35 contractÂ
This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Access Control Engineer to manage and work as part of a wider construction team, who is responsible for refurbishing & fitting security doors.
Required experience/skills:
- A minimum of 5–10 years as an Access Control Engineer, with at least 2 years working in the UK
- Proven experience working within airports or high-security environments is essential.
Certifications & Licenses:
- Valid CSCS card (mandatory).
- SSSTS certification (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme).
- Health & Safety training or relevant certifications (preferred).
- IPAF, PASMA, and Confined Space Certification (advantageous).
Technical Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong expertise in Access Control Systems.
- Intruder alarm systems knowledge (preferred).
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and data installations (preferred).
Additional Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (with a clean licence is preferred).
- Physically fit and able to pass medical assessments for Working at Height, Airside Driving, and other job-specific requirements.
- Ability to pass comprehensive security checks, including DBS screening.
