Concierge

Role: Concierge - Luxury Residential Development

Location: Chelsea

Salary: £28,000 - £29,000 + Annual Discretionary Bonus

We are recruiting for a professional Concierge to join a prestigious residential development. BMS system knowledge and prior experience in a modern residential setting would be advantageous. In this role you will work day shifts, never working any later than 9pm, and the ideal candidate needs to have flexibility as the hours will vary.

What you will do:

· Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

· Carry out general maintenance tasks and liaise with contractors as required.

· Conduct visual inspections of plant areas and communal floors.

· Assist in organising and handling deliveries, post, and parcels.

· Ensure the safe condition, use, and storage of all equipment and materials.

· Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies and security concerns.

· Provide excellent customer service, assisting residents with reasonable requests.

· Ensure clear access for emergency services at all times.

· Liaise with the Managing Agent, reporting any necessary maintenance or security issues.

· Adhere to Health & Safety regulations and attend training as required.

What we are looking for:

· Previous concierge experience in a residential setting.

· Knowledge of BMS systems and plant room operations is highly desirable.

· Ability to communicate effectively and interact professionally with residents and contractors.

· Must be highly presentable and comfortable around pets (dogs on-site).

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle situations independently.
