A prestigious residential living provider is searching for a dedicated Day Concierge to be the face of their Hendon development. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and secure environment while providing top-tier service to residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, delivering a first-class Day Concierge experience.
- Maintaining high standards in communal areas and assisting with building operations.
- Managing access control and security, ensuring residents feel safe and at ease.
- Handling resident requests, enquiries, and deliveries with efficiency and professionalism.
- Coordinating with contractors and property management to facilitate smooth operations.
- Upholding company values by delivering exceptional service and attention to detail.
- Resolving any on-site issues in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
? Proven experience in a Day Concierge role within a hotel or residential environment.
? Excellent communication and customer service skills.
