About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and self-reliant Concierge to join a high-end residential property in London. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth daily operation of the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service to residents and visitors.
- Manage all inquiries, requests, and deliveries efficiently.
- Maintain the security and safety of the property, conducting regular checks and monitoring access.
- Assist residents with any needs, such as booking services or providing local information.
- Liaise with contractors and maintenance teams, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of incidents, keys, and deliveries.
- Ensure the property is always presented to a high standard, addressing any issues proactively.

- Proven experience in a concierge or similar customer-facing role.
- Able to work independently and handle responsibilities confidently.
