This high-profile property consists of 155 modern apartments, more than 80,000 square feet of commercial space, a retail unit, a church, and amenity areas. The ideal candidate will ensure a secure and welcoming environment for residents and visitors, deliver exceptional service with a focus on personalised communication, and uphold service standards in line with agreed procedures.Key Responsibilities:* Keep accurate records of all visitors to the development.* Oversee all resident deliveries, ensuring correct reporting and timely notifications to residents.* Welcome residents and visitors warmly, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.* Manage keys and maintain detailed records of their usage.* Carry out regular security checks of both the estate and residential areas.* Act as the main point of contact for residents, responding to inquiries both in person and via the resident app.* Support residents throughout their move-in and move-out process to ensure a smooth transition.Desired Skills and Qualities:* Previous experience in residential settings is a plus.* High level of efficiency and organisation.* Proactive attitude with a service-oriented mindset.* Commitment to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and professional environment.* Collaborative team player * Ability to take initiative and work independently.* Awareness of security and health & safety protocols.* Interpersonal skills that foster positive relationships.If this sounds like an opportunity you're interested in, please apply now!!
