Job Title: Night Concierge | Luxury Residential Property
Location: Isle of Dogs, E14
Salary: 26k
Hours: 7pm-7am (4 days on, 4 days off)
Are you a customer-focused concierge with a strong security mindset? We are recruiting for a leading property management team providing first-class service to residents. We are looking for someone with a residential experience, good communication skills and a hands-on approach.
The role
路 Maintain a professional concierge presence and ensure security.
路 Provide seamless shift handovers.
路 Monitor CCTV, access control, and security systems.
路 Conduct regular building patrols.
路 Handle resident queries efficiently.
路 Securely manage parcel deliveries.
路 Announce and monitor visitors and contractors.
路 Maintain accurate key logs.
路 Report and escalate maintenance and safety concerns.
路 Assist residents and guests as needed.
