About the Role:Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a prestigious, high-end environment? We're seeking a dedicated Concierge to join a stunning private building in South West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proactive approach, keen to manage a front desk, ensure building security, and create a seamless, positive experience for residents and guests.

As the first point of contact for all residents, visitors, and contractors, you will be the face of the building, combining your excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet residents, guests, and visitors with a warm, welcoming attitude.
  • Key handling
  • Dealing with post and parcels for developments
  • Building patrols - Ensuring the safety of development
  • Maintain a safe, professional atmosphere while ensuring a high level of service.
  • Conduct regular security checks, monitor CCTV, and ensure the safety of the building and its residents.
  • Address any security breaches or maintenance issues promptly.
