Night Resident Experience Assistant/Concierge

Location: Ealing

Salary: £28,000 - £30,500 + discretionary bonus

Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off (12-hour shifts)

We are looking for a Night Resident Experience Assistant to join a thriving Build to Rent (BTR) community in Ealing. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth building operations and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome residents and visitors, creating a professional and friendly atmosphere
  • Manage parcel deliveries, key fobs, and resident move-ins/move-outs
  • Respond to resident queries via phone and email, ensuring prompt resolutions
  • Log maintenance issues and liaise with contractors for necessary repairs
  • Conduct building patrols, Health & Safety checks, and monitor CCTV
  • Assist in planning and supporting resident events to enhance community engagement
  • Provide detailed handover reports at the end of each shift

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills with a proactive and professional approach
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Experience in hospitality, property management, or a customer-facing role
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively
  • SIA Security Licence is desirable but not essential (training can be provided)
