This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong security skills and a customer-focused approach.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular hourly patrols to ensure site security
Manage and control access by moving unauthorized individuals off-site
Welcome residents and visitors, ensuring a safe and friendly environment
Manage and distribute keys
Maintain cleanliness of the premises during your shift
Conduct property viewings over weekends as needed

Shift Pattern:

Night shifts from 11pm to 8am, including 2 weekends per month on a rotating schedule.
