I am currently looking for a part-time Concierge to join a luxury residential development based in East London (E16).

Working 3 days per week (Monday to Wednesday) with the hours of 8am - 6pm.

Salary is £18,000 annually.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • To perform your duties and provide concierge services, in the prescribed manner, as instructed by the Property Manager.
  • To inspect, on a daily basis, all internal areas of the private residential buildings and report any defects, security or health and safety concerns to the Property Manager.
  • To set an example for other staff members by being courteous and helpful to all occupiers in addition to members of the public, other staff, guests, and to contractors employed on the estate.
  • To enter all relevant comments/details in the concierge log.
  • To liaise with the estate security team on all security matters.
  • To receive and keep safe registered mail and deliveries for residents.
  • To ensure deal with all general telephone enquiries and log messages.
  • To ensure the development is a well-managed, safe, clean and secure environment in which to live and work.
  • To enter all relevant comments/details in the development logs.
  • To have an in-depth working knowledge of Development.

Health and Safety

  • To ensure that all incidents or accidents are logged accordingly.
  • To adopt and implement the procedures directed by the Managing Agent or the Health and Safety Consultant.
  • To assist with the annual fire and health and safety risk assessments.
  • To ensure CCTV cameras are monitored (where possible) and images saved as necessary.
  • To supervise any keys which may be held and ensure that they are correctly logged in and out in accordance with agreed procedures.
  • To receive and keep safe registered mail and deliveries for residents.
