Part time Day ConciergeShift Pattern: 2 days per week, 12 h shiftSalary : £ 14,500Location : East LondonThe role of Day Concierge is to ensure this residence is the best residential development in East London by providing an enjoyable, safe residential environment and delivering the highest level of customer care, combined with personalised communication/interaction with all stakeholders, in line with the agreed service standards and operating procedures.Each resident and visitor is to be afforded a unique service experience and to feel welcome and valued.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Serve as an ambassador delivering excellent levels of customer service and support.* Recognise and greet all residents and visitors, either in person at reception or via phone,email and any other communication channel.* Handle complaints in the most professional and timely manner* Manage deliveries and collections for residents, ensuring that appropriate notifications are sent out to residents via the residence app and work with Security/Estate Operatives to facilitate the collection of packages from storage.* Handle all requests for access to keys to apartments via a their key system.* Provide a point of contact for any apartment defect queries or building/management issues, escalating to Customer Care or building management team accordingly.* Working closely with all our stakeholders to develop relationships and shared values.* Offer advice and recommendations to residents regarding the amenities available with ourneighbours at the residence and in the wider North London area.* Assist with/oversee any emergency procedures such as fire evacuation and perform duties as a Fire Marshal* Conduct regular patrols of the building, recording any defects, maintenance issues or safetyissues via the appropriate channels/systems.* Fully understand the operation of communal systems and facilities and know what to do in theevent of an emergency or system breakdown/failure.In addition, you will be expected undertake any other reasonable request as required by your manager and appropriate for this position and to comply with all the policies and procedures.This job description is intended to illustrate the main duties and areas of responsibility of the job as noted above.Previous experience as a residential concierge or in a front of house/Customer facing role, possibly from 4/5 star hotels would be beneficial. My client is looking for someone tech savvy, with strong attention to details and with a desire to deliver the highest level of customer serviceWould suit really well a student or someone working already on a part time role during the week wanting to do weekend shifts.
