Security Officer
Salary - £29,000 plus review after probation

Locations - Residential Building - East London (perm role)/ Central London (temp role)
Working Pattern - 4 days on, 4 days off, 12hr shifts (perm role)/ 6 days a week 8hr days (temp role)
We are looking for experienced and dependable Security Guards to join our client's exceptional teams. As a security officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the day-to-day security operations at the site, ensuring a safe and secure environment while delivering top-notch service. Main Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the control room's daily security tasks, which includes monitoring CCTV, especially high-traffic areas and access points.
- Managing resident and visitor access.
- Sounding alarms or contacting authorities in emergencies.
- Directing traffic and controlling the movement of people.
- Completing reports and recording surveillance activities.
- Following all security protocols, tasks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Managing, logging, and processing residential parcels and monitoring for suspicious packages as per the SOP.
- Investigating any signs of intrusion or risk.
- Stopping suspicious activities and checking identification as needed.
Loading Bay / Basement Access:
- Manage vehicle booking processes and loading bay usage.
- Direct drivers politely and ensure they follow unloading time limits.
- Assist with move-ins and move-outs, maintaining a courteous and informative approach.
- Control vehicle and personnel entry, recording their movements as required by the relevant SOP.
