Location: Hammersmith, West London
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 10am – 7pm
- Friday & Saturday: 10am – 5pm
- Sunday: 11am – 5pm
- Must be fully flexible to work the above hours, including weekends.
Start Date: ASAP (subject to compliance checks)

About the Role:As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of premises and personnel. This is a customer-facing role, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, so a professional and approachable demeanor is key.Key Responsibilities:

Securing premises by patrolling property and monitoring surveillance equipment.
Inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points to ensure safety and security.
Providing exceptional customer service to visitors and staff.
Responding to alarms and emergencies promptly and effectively.
Preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities and enforcing policies.
Completing detailed reports and maintaining accurate records.
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and maintaining the organization’s reputation.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

SIA qualification (mandatory).
Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable attitude.
Surveillance skills and the ability to handle uncertain situations calmly.
Excellent judgment, objectivity, and emotional control.
Dependability, integrity, and a commitment to safety management.
Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry equipment as needed.
