Security Service / Faults EngineerSalary: £36,000 - £46,000 basic DOE, with potential earnings up to £55,000 + company vehicleLocation: London/Greater LondonAbout the RoleAre you an experienced Security Service Engineer looking for a new challenge? Join a rapidly growing company with a strong reputation in the security industry. We are seeking a dedicated professional to service and perform reactive work on a variety of Intruder Alarms and other security systems for customers in the London and Greater London area.Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and fault finding on Intruder Alarms
  • Work with both Conventional & Wireless Intruder Alarm Systems
  • Handle Access Control and Door Entry Systems
  • Knowledge of Fire Alarms is advantageous
  • Work with IP & Analogue CCTV systems and basic networking
  • Dual Com monitoring and other communication devices
  • Familiarity with major brands of Panels & App-based systems
  • Maintenance of Emergency Lighting
  • Adherence to NSI codes of practice and current industry standards

About You:

  • Proven experience with Intruder Alarms
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and good at time management
  • Full UK manual driving license
  • Reside in the London/Greater London area

Working Hours:

  • Standard hours: 8.30am-5.00pm, Monday - Friday
  • On-call rotation: 1 in 9 weeks (additional payment for on-call hours)
  • The role involves working with ladders at height and can be physically demanding
  • Flexibility to travel to various sites across the area
