Seven Resourcing are looking for a Security services and support manager to work with Ealing Council. This is a full-time position, and we are paying £25.23 Paye per hour for this role.The role:

Property Services Security provides a professional security service to in-scope buildings and sites on the corporate estate. Key to this service is the provision of trained and qualified Security Officers responsible for supporting a customer focused safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and service users.

Key Responsibilities:

To manage, lead and develop all direct reports, ensuring that; training objectives and SIA licensing requirements are met, staff are familiar and compliant with Council policies and local security instructions and that all staff have a personal development plan in place.

To assist the Head of Security in the development and maintenance of SLA standards and local security instructions for the Corporate Head Office complex, ensuring that the service always remains 100% compliant.

To manage resourcing within budget targets set by the Head of Security for rostering, holiday and training booking for all reports ensuring that there is sufficient site always cover available to meet service needs.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Qualifications: GCSEs A-C or equivalent including at least English and Maths.Educated to A Level standard or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role. 
  • Compliance: Current Standard DBS check. 
  • Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
  • Hours: 37 hours p/w.
