This role sits within our Security business division which provides physical security guarding, access control, alarm systems and perimeter property protection, CCTV, mobile surveillance, and ANPR Technology services to a wide range of prestigious clients.

About The Role:Days of Work: Variable DaysShift Pattern: 60 hours per weekAs part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide front-line management to all security operations
- Act as the designated first responder to all incidents
- Assist in the implementation of new sites, including site evaluation, client liaison to identify welfare, secure keys and monitor points, and security provision requirements
- Taking ownership of the contract vehicle fleet, including maintenance and issues as required
- Deputise for the Account Manager in their absence
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Must have Right to Work in the UK
- SIA licensed essential.
- To be proactive, responsible, reliable and capable of leading a team of employees
- Able to interact at all levels from visitors to senior management
- Ability to lead a team with the ability to motivate, listen, support and communicate effectively
