Role Overview

Profile Security Services Limited is currently recruiting for a site based Security Supervisor located in the London area and to be based at one of our prestigious clients' premises.

To undertake responsibility of the day to day running of the security teams within the assigned cluster of sites. To provide quality customer service in compliance with the customers’ contract and adhering to specific levels of service agreement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The planning of shift coverage for all site staff in order to fulfil the contractual operational commitment (24 hours a day, 7 days per week) of the customer.
  • Ensure correct manning levels are in place and adequate support officer numbers are obtained.
  • Manage the day-to-day operational running of the site (s), liaising directly with customer’s managers and Profile management team to achieve agreed customer service levels.
  • Ensure Security staff are trained and fully conversant with all customer processes. Arrange extra staff to cover additional works or events and record the hours on Time Gate.
  • Provide clear concise reports for submission to the Client and Line Manager.
  • Oversee the security team advising and assisting where necessary and provide support and development
  • Review team performance on a regular basis implementing further training initiatives where required.
  • Monitor the welfare of all staff on site, assisting where necessary, in order to maintain a high standard of performance and be the first point of escalation for all security matters
  • Carryout investigations, team briefings and ensure correct implementation of policies and procedures

About You:

  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
  • Excellent communication (both written and oral) and customer service skills.
  • Experience in training would be an advantage but not essential
  • Experience of managing and leading teams
  • Demonstrate a proactive and professional approach to work.
  • Attention to detail, proactive and excellent time management.
  • IT Literate
  • Must have leadership skills
  • SIA Licence DS or SG and CCTV Required.
