We are seeking a reliable and experienced Night Security Officer to join the team on a temporary basis at a prestigious residential development. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ensuring the safety and security of the premises. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring CCTV, conducting regular patrols, and responding to any security-related incidents during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security patrols of the residential site
- Monitor and operate CCTV systems to ensure the safety of residents and property
- Respond promptly to security breaches or incidents, escalating where necessary
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and observations
- Liaise with emergency services, residents, and management as required
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols
Key Requirements:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor License
- Valid SIA CCTV License
- Previous security experience, particularly in residential settings, is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay alert and proactive during night shifts
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
- Flexibility and a strong sense of responsibility
Working Hours:
- Night shift (hours may vary, typically 6pm to 6am)
- Immediate start available
