Job Description: They are looking for 2 Assistant Technical Services Manager's to be involved in a large, £150m, commercial fit-out project based in East Central London
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all technical aspects of two fit-out projects in London.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- The role would suit a person either a pre qualified of newly qualified in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and materials.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage project teams effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
