About Us: Our Client is a fit-out market leader, producing outstanding projects within the education, commercial and life science space.

Job Description: They are looking for 2 Assistant Technical Services Manager's to be involved in a large, £150m, commercial fit-out project based in East Central London 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all technical aspects of two fit-out projects in London.
  • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • The role would suit a person either a pre qualified of newly qualified in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and materials.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage project teams effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
