- Proven experience managing a 24/7 service, ideally within emergency response, healthcare, or social care (e.g., London Ambulance Service, NHS 111).
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams and delivering high-quality, customer-focused services.
- Knowledge of Community Alarm monitoring systems and proficiency in IT packages like Word and Excel.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to analyse complex information and implement effective solutions.
