IT Manager Legal

Are you an experienced IT professional with a strong technical background in IT Systems, networking, Mac /Linux, and system security? Were looking for an IT Manager to lead and manage our clients IT infrastructure. This role is fully office-based and requires hands-on management and team leadership.

Core Skills:

  • Networking: Firewalls, switches, wireless access (Sonicwall, Brocade, Ubiquiti)
  • Servers: Linux, Dell, Hyper-V, VMware
  • VoIP/SIP Phones: Setup & configuration (3CX)
  • Active Directory, PfSense/VPN, Server & application security
  • Synology NAS & Qnap Storage,
  • MDM: Jamf Pro (on-premise configuration)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT systems, networks, and servers, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Lead, train, and support the IT team.
  • Prepare IT budgets and report weekly to stakeholders.
  • Manage SLAs, service agreements, and asset registers.
  • Provide user support for various systems, including hardware, video conferencing, and more.
  • Document infrastructure and manage tasks effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MacOS and Linux administration experience
  • Proficiency in command line & scripting (Powershell or Bash, Python)
  • Experience in managing IT departments and reporting to stakeholders
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
