Are you an experienced IT professional with a strong technical background in IT Systems, networking, Mac /Linux, and system security? Were looking for an IT Manager to lead and manage our clients IT infrastructure. This role is fully office-based and requires hands-on management and team leadership.
Core Skills:
- Networking: Firewalls, switches, wireless access (Sonicwall, Brocade, Ubiquiti)
- Servers: Linux, Dell, Hyper-V, VMware
- VoIP/SIP Phones: Setup & configuration (3CX)
- Active Directory, PfSense/VPN, Server & application security
- Synology NAS & Qnap Storage,
- MDM: Jamf Pro (on-premise configuration)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IT systems, networks, and servers, ensuring smooth operations.
- Lead, train, and support the IT team.
- Prepare IT budgets and report weekly to stakeholders.
- Manage SLAs, service agreements, and asset registers.
- Provide user support for various systems, including hardware, video conferencing, and more.
- Document infrastructure and manage tasks effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MacOS and Linux administration experience
- Proficiency in command line & scripting (Powershell or Bash, Python)
- Experience in managing IT departments and reporting to stakeholders
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
