The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a client service manager to join my client's team in London. You will be working for a leading front of house provider managing one of their marque accounts within the financial district of London. To be considered you must have Corporate Reception management experience. This role is perfect for career minded and ambitious Reception Managers looking for the next step in their career. You will be strengthening client relationships whilst providing leadership and direction to all your direct reports.

This role requires an individual who is highly customer focussed and is able to communicate at all levels both internally and externally. This is end-to-end management of all the Front of House services over a couple of contracts.

What You Will Need:

* Experience of leading a team within a high-end corporate environment
* Track record of delivering consistent 5 star services
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to formulate business plans for clients and review on a regular basis
* Great presentation
* Strong IT skills
