A well-established Main Contractor with over 20 years of experience in London is seeking a skilled Technical Services Manager. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, including heavy structural refurbishments and cut-and-carve developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the sole Technical Services Manager/M&E expert for a 15mil - 20mil turnover Main Contractor.
  • Advise on preferred suppliers through thorough analysis and industry insights.
  • Adjudicate incoming tenders with a focus on M&E to identify strengths, weaknesses, and gaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of technical services.
  • Ensure accurate and competitive tender submissions through detailed M&E enquiry adjudication.
  • Analyse tenders and provide strategic recommendations for supplier selection.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in managing London-based heavy refurbishment/cut-and-carve projects valued between 2mil - 15mil.
