The Assistant Principal Designer Role

As the Assistant Principal Designer, you will be responsible for supporting a team of Principal Designers. This is a role designed to train and support you into a fully qualified Principal Designer who will eventually mange their own portfolio.

The Assistant Principal Designer Will Have:

  • NEBOSH Construction (required)
  • Tech IOSH (preferred)
  • APS membership (preferred)
  • Design degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Engineering / Surveying (preferred)
  • Experience: At least 6 months of experience in CDM or a relevant field
  • Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
