- Working collaboratively within a team of permanent and fixed-term contract staff
- Ensuring compliance with highways, traffic, and transport legislation

- Proficient understanding of highways, traffic, and transport-related legislation
- Knowledge of planning, sustainability, and economic factors affecting transport policies
- Proven track record in delivering traffic and parking schemes effectively
- Relevant professional qualification or significant experience in the field
